Our community still has a voice — the lawsuits are alive, and every action matters.

SK hynix is not respecting our homes, our schools, or our community. Their billion-dollar factory should not come at the expense of our safety and quality of life. They may have pushed their rezoning through, but the lawsuits prove this story isn’t finished. It can buy us time, and time is SK hynix’s greatest weakness.

As the Open Letter read at the Sept. 2 Council meeting put it:

“Purdue and the City Council sold out families for a rushed deal with SK hynix, dismissing residents’ safety and trust.”

That betrayal is exactly why the lawsuits — and your voices — matter so much right now.
