To: The Management of Gulf World, Local Authorities, and Animal Welfare Organizations

We, the undersigned, are calling for the immediate removal of the dolphins currently held at Gulf World and their relocation to a suitable marine sanctuary where they can live in a clean, spacious, and natural environment.

Recent reports have confirmed at least four dolphin deaths in the past few months, including one tragic incident where a dolphin lost its life during a show by hitting its head due to the dangerously shallow and contaminated water. The conditions at Gulf World are unacceptable—dolphins are suffering in filthy, inadequate enclosures that fail to meet even the most basic standards of humane care.

Dolphins are highly intelligent, social, and emotionally complex beings that require vast, clean spaces to thrive. The cramped, unclean tanks at Gulf World are not only harmful but also cruel. Keeping these magnificent creatures confined in such conditions is outdated, unethical, and inexcusable.

We demand immediate action to:

 1. Relocate the dolphins to a properly accredited sea sanctuary where they can receive appropriate care in a large, natural environment.

 2. Permanently end dolphin captivity and performances at Gulf World to prevent further suffering and deaths.

 3. Conduct an independent investigation into the recent dolphin deaths, ensuring transparency and accountability.

 4. Improve oversight and enforcement of animal welfare standards to protect marine life from future neglect and mistreatment.

The time for change is now. We will not stand by while these incredible animals continue to suffer. Gulf World has a responsibility to do the right thing, and we urge immediate action to ensure these dolphins receive the freedom and care they deserve.
