The Board of Directors has proposed a roughly 20% Annual Carrying Charge Increase for 2025 without the majority vote of the community of Stratford Townhouses. This increase is based on repairs and plans that were proposed without the direct involvement of the residents of Stratford. As a resident you are also a shareholder in the community. If you do not agree that the carrying charge increase is reasonable or in alignment with previous years increases, please sign the petition and let the board know we would like to respectfully renegotiate the increase to more closely align with previous annual increases (5-10%)
