As residents of the Grand Haven community we have witnessed the immense value that our Community Center and our growing Bocce League and related Amenities bring to our community. Not only do these amenities provide a venue for community interaction, but they also support greatly our Waterside Cafe' Community Amenity. 

However, there is a proposal to use the area next to these precious amenities for parking. We are concerned about a proposal that threatens to compromise the future growth and expansion of our Community Center's Fitness & Recreation rooms. These rooms are vital for accommodating various groups seeking space to conduct their activities. 

Moreover, this plan would prohibit the growth of our beloved Bocce League which currently has 144 active members requiring additional courts to run its league effectively. The league is more than just a game; it's an integral part of our community fabric, which is apparent from anyone walking by during our events.
