The Chancellor denied the Motion to Lift the Status Order.

Standard stuff here looks like the Court prefers to have a settlement hearing, rather than letting it go into effect by lifting the order.

After the weekend I will be submitting the petition anyways as it is my opinion the settlement is unfair to shareholders and just a cash grab by the attorneys.
