With regards to the ongoing SZDO/Dy. PO TTAADC Exam. We would like to request the higher authorities to NOT Cancel the exam midway. Out of 30,000+ candidates we 605 candidates have secured our spot for the interview after months of preparation and Being in line for Hours just to submit the application form under scorching heat. We have struggled and qualified for the interview. That gave us a ray of hope for that 110 seat. 

There is already huge amount of unemployment in our state. And even TPSC which is an independent body, even they cancel few recruitment process or exams get postponed. Due to which we aspirants go through a lot of depression and anxiety.

Just because of few miscreants why should we be the ones suffering? If the exam gets cancelled then the amount of hard work and effort and time that we have put in will go to waste, and sometimes its not possible for an aspirant to prepare all over again and give the examination. Its a competitive exam, there is a possibility for those candidates who have qualified this time may not qualify the second time.

If TPSC/JRBT takes over then the recruitment process will get further delayed due to multiple ongoing recruitment exams under TPSC.

For a fresher or a young candidate he/she maybe ok with the re-examination because they are young and they have their age at their advantage but for a candidate who is 30+ years old it might be traumatizing to prepare once again, as because they don't have the age to your their advantage. It will also break the flow of a candidate's state of mind.

And its obvious that out of the 30,000+ aspirants majority of them didn't qualify as the seats are less and these same candidates will create nuisance and say a lot of baseless arguments just to cancel the exam. So if people start listening to those 98% candidates who couldn't qualify and decisions are being taken based on their remarks then it becomes very unfortunate and disheartening for those who have actually qualified.

And we believe after the initial paper leak, the authorities did acknowledge the issue and did improve on the exam process by introducing multiple sets of question papers and also the selection was quite fair.

We kindly urge the higher authorities to keep in view of the 605 candidates who have qualified for the interview. Those of us who have qualified we have done nothing wrong, we have qualified through our own merits, think about our struggle, our time and patience.

On behalf of the 605 candidates kindly continue with the recruitment process and NOT CANCEL it. It is an earnest request.
