We all had this problem then, and even now. No matter how much times we report someone because of avatars, hate speech, inappropriate games, hackers managing to hack into your account and take EVERYTHING from you, and even giving so much information to verify ownership of your past accounts it could legally be classified as doxxing yourself, we remain unseen and unheard. And frankly? I am tired.

We can all agree the Roblox systems ai answering machine gets us nowhere. Their support team is trash, they’re rated a 1.03/5 stars on BBB, (Better Business Bureau)  child endangerment has been rising, online dating, inappropriate avatars, and the generic “Sorry we can’t help you” is starting to piss me off.

 Not only that but the grooming problem, suing the YouTuber, Schelp, for catching predators when the Devs don’t care at all even if they base their brand off of “children first” is a HUGE problem.

We WANT to keep playing because all of this money, spent for what? It could be played on almost all devices, it’s accessible as well. Not only that but it was a childhood game for most of us- maybe even all of us. And I want Roblox to be better. WE want Roblox to be better. Make the moderation better. Make the support better. If not? Improve the AI. Hire more people. How is a company that makes over 89 BILLION dollars not helping their own customers?? 

You want what I want. A better platform. And a support team who ACTUALLY listens. 

If we don’t try, this will all stay the same, maybe it’ll even get worse. I don’t want Roblox to become like a 2.0 of VR chat because the Devs aren’t doing their job correctly. I’m not asking for them to be strict, I’m asking them to listen. And they failed to even do that. Make Roblox Better. (MRB)
