The Issue

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that Cliff Castle Casino reconsider any plans to remove or discontinue operations of Johnny Rockets and Kids Quest from the property. These establishments are not only valuable to the overall guest experience, but also serve as vital amenities for families and local residents.

Kids Quest is an incredible, one-of-a-kind entertainment experience for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. As a drop-in, first-come, first-serve hourly child care center, it provides parents and guardians the peace of mind they need to enjoy their time at the casino, knowing their children are in a safe, engaging, and enriching environment. It’s more than just childcare—it’s a place where kids can socialize, play, and grow.

For many, Kids Quest is more than just a convenience—it’s a lifeline.
When I was younger, my grandma would go to the casino to gamble, and she would drop me off at Kids Quest. That place was a safe haven for me, especially during a time when I was dealing with abuse from my mother. Kids Quest gave me a place to feel safe, cared for, and allowed to just be a kid. That experience has stayed with me into adulthood, and I know I’m not alone. For so many children, Kids Quest provides a space filled with joy, security, and freedom.

Likewise, Johnny Rockets has become a cherished part of the Cliff Castle experience. Its classic American diner vibe, fun atmosphere, and quality food make it a go-to spot for both visitors and locals. It's an iconic, family-friendly dining option that adds warmth and charm to the casino experience.

Removing either of these services would not only diminish the guest experience but also strip away essential features that make Cliff Castle a welcoming place for families.

We believe both Johnny Rockets and Kids Quest are integral to Cliff Castle’s identity and community impact. We urge you to keep them operating, so future generations can enjoy the same safety, comfort, and joy that so many of us have experienced.
