I am a private individual who has experienced firsthand the questionable rulings by Justice Kevin J. Kerrigan. His decision against the evidence and the Law has punished me unnecessarily for exposing fraudulent and deceitful actions by Lawyers and Defendants. It is a gross miscarriage of justice that sends a chilling message to society, i.e., those who stand up for justice may be penalized.

I filed a complaint against my PCP doctors Vladimir Morgovsky MD, Democleia Gottesman, and Star Medical Offices PC on February 2, 2023, in the Supreme Court Queens New York, NYSCEF case 702511-2023.

Justice Kerrigan's actions are inconsistent with the judicial responsibility of upholding fairness and justice. His ruling is illustrative of a concerning trend, reminding us of the findings by the Center for Public Integrity, which found that disciplinary actions against judges are startlingly rare - occurring only about 3% of times during the first ten years of the 21st century.

Such behavior by a Supreme Court Justice should not be tolerated. Our judicial system should be a beacon of fairness, equality and justice. Situations like mine are an urgent wakeup call to higher authorities and concerned citizens, demanding accountability for actions that run counter to the Law and basic human rights.

This is not only my struggle, but that of every law-abiding citizen who may find themselves to be victims of a system skewed towards protecting the powerful at the expense of the weak. The removal of Justice Kevin J. Kerrigan from the Supreme Court bench in Queens is a vital first step towards ensuring equitable justice for all.
