I, Keith Donald, am standing before you today, not just as a single person, but as a representative of many who believe their lives have been unfairly impacted by Psychological Operations (PsyOps). Like them, I too am a victim. My ongoing court case is a testament to the depth of this issue, a glaring example of PsyOps potentially being used to frame innocent individuals. With our reputations and lives at stake, we are calling for an immediate investigation into these operations.

PsyOps, with their strategies involving manipulation of our perceptions and emotions, are gradually eroding the foundations of justice, honesty, and trust in our society globally. The power of PsyOps to quietly shape public opinion and control the narrative can lead to dire consequences, affecting not just individuals, but also public sentiment and geopolitical situations.

With a review of only some of the information on www.SomnambulistSociety.com anyone can observe the devastating impact of PsyOps through stories and case studies scattered throughout public and legal records. We believe an in-depth investigation could expose the true scale of this issue.

The related problems of false arrest and false incarceration tied to parallel construction tactics and fusion center activities are dire and just as pressing. The statistics of well over 400,000 inmates behind bars without being convicted or sentenced (1,2) may not always be directly attributable to the the coercive tactics of mental health evaluations tied to PsyOps expelment procedures and forced guilty pleas (3) but the facts are monumental when looking at the damages that PsyOps have brought about. Officials may even argue that the impacts of PsyOps are not always as directly known but there are black sites and non-disclosure zones all across the world which bear investigation.
