We, the undersigned members of the Naraka community in North America, are writing to express our urgent concern regarding the current server infrastructure. Since its release on PC in August 2021 and Xbox in June 2022, Naraka: Bladepoint has captivated a growing player base. However, a persistent issue of high/unstable ping plagues our gameplay experience.

High ping significantly disadvantages players, impacting their ability to compete effectively and enjoyably. It is widely acknowledged among the NA player base that additional servers are needed to enhance gameplay quality and ensure the longevity of Naraka: Bladepoint.

A primary reason players cite for leaving the game is the frustration caused by high ping, which undermines learning and consistency in gameplay. We urge the developers to prioritize the addition of regional server nodes specifically in North America and to consider establishing a dedicated South America server.

Furthermore, we find it unacceptable that suggested solutions like GearUp or Exitlag, which promise improved ping through free and paid subscriptions, do not universally deliver effective results. Relying on such services may place an unnecessary financial burden on players who get roped into monthly subscriptions with these services. The suggestion to use these services does not address the core issue of inadequate server coverage.

Therefore, we respectfully request that the Naraka: Bladepoint development team take immediate action to:

1. Expand server infrastructure in North America to reduce ping and improve gameplay experience.

2. Evaluate the feasibility of establishing a dedicated South America server to accommodate regional players.

3. Discontinue promoting unreliable third-party services as a solution to high ping.

Your swift attention to these matters is crucial to maintaining the player base and fostering a positive community experience. We believe these improvements are essential for the continued success and growth of Naraka: Bladepoint.
