Higher Education and Research is currently dealing with major problems. Lack of Teaching Quality, unemployed graduates, Retraction Crisis, Research Misconduct to name a few.

67% of India's unemployed youth are graduates.

6 out of 10 universities in the world with most research papers retracted (recalled) are from India.
Universities are busy in gaming rankings than in teaching or doing impactful research.

We propose a 5 point plan to help improve both Higher Education and Research.

There are definitely more things to do. These 5 points however will be a big step forward in addressing the issues.
