The Bitez crunchy corn snack is as much beloved Kenyan brand and a favorite among the Kenyan youth. We wall know someone ( if not ourselves) who can finish multiple packets at a time.

However, the packaging for Bitez is very underwhelming and often puts off consumers because the packet is quite large for the few contents that are inside the packaging. We understand that each Bitez packet unit is measured to reflect the weight that is advertised on the packaging. The company should not oversize the packet as every time a customer opens the package, they are met with disappointment when they see the amount of contents inside. This degrades the customer experience, not to mention that selling oversized packages is very misleading for customers.

Key asks: 

1. Provide for true size packaging that reflects the contents inside the packet, this can be done by reducing the amount of air currently in each of these packets.
2. Please revert to the original packets that were transparent so that consumers could see the amount of Bitez inside the packaging. The new packaging completely conceals the contents.
3. Provide larger quantities for the Bitez crunchy corn snack, i.e from 30g to 60g
