Despite assurances from the FA over one year ago, there has been no firm action yet to address the problem of diving in football. Diving and lack of action continues to affect results and ruin the sport every week. Costa for Chelsea against Watford was a recent example - a clear dive, should have been a second yellow card and then he scored the winning goal! This cannot continue and as fans we can help to make a difference. The #stopdiving petition now has 655 signatures, but I still hope to reach 1,000 before sending to FIFA and the IFAB.
