Introducing additional tiers of recognition beyond Gold would not only honor persistent efforts in canine fitness but also inspire more dog owners to maintain and even elevate their commitment. This enhancement aligns with the AKC’s mission to advocate for the health and well-being of all dogs.

Expanding the program could include new title levels such as Platinum#, which would require participants to meet higher standards of physical activity over longer periods. This would provide a meaningful challenge for those deeply committed to their dogs' health and create a pathway for continuous engagement. By setting these benchmarks, the AKC can encourage even greater participation, driving positive outcomes in canine fitness on a national scale.
