130 FEWER IGNORANT BRITS!

Folks, 

We have now reached the 130 signature milestone, so well over 125 new UK residents of our roughly 65,000,000 now know the truth about how dark our skies really get during June, and many more will already know the truth by June 2027. I suspect we could have well over 500 fewer ignorant Brits by then who have not at the moment seen this petition! 

While my joke petition to stop the days from getting shorter is locked for its annual closure at precisely 250 signatures not reopening again until August 2027, this petition remains open year-round (well, unless I don't have enough funds to promote the campaign). I hope to clear 200 signatures by the end of the year, and if we reach 250 signatures by the end of the year which is not impossible, this will be my 6th campaign of the year to cross the 250 signature milestone (and 5th created in 2026 to cross the milestone, as today my "protest petition" against change.org's regional restrictions, signed by one of my fewer ignorant Brits on this petition's launch day, has successfully reached its own 250 signatures milestone (29th October) after hitting 241 yesterday.
