City of Vancouver 2025

The number of people counted as homeless in the city itself rose by 12% to 2,715, a record high. 

Karen Fry, Fire Chief, is forcing unhoused to live on streets of Vancouver without tents.  Homes were ripped away without providing adequate housing. 

The unhoused are currently living without tents, "structures" Ms. Fry stated were declared a fire hazard to the judge.

The unhoused are still living on the streets, but now they have absolutely no shelter, under the direction of the City of Vancouver Council.
