If things change and another studio animates it instead (like UFOTABLE), that means there will be better quality animation and the animation of the manga panels will be more accurate.

The importance is that now that we will have another episode animated even though it's not soon, with all the details it has, it'll likely not be good animation that's fully accurate. And sometimes bones Studio entirely has skipped panels or certain details that were supposed to be there. And sometimes the characters for example; like 15 Dazai. He was supposed to look way younger and capture his age but he was animated as if he never aged a day. He looked 20 when he was 14 and he wasn't supposed to look like that.

They also took away certain details on Sigma's outfit like the heels and those things on his clothes.
