Value Is More than A Word...

To Robert Haffey, President and CEO and Jason Radzevich, CFO, Signature Healthcare:

We are writing to ask again that management correct payroll errors, provide accurate, timely payment of wages owed, retro pay and deductions taken from our checks for claimed overpayments and that checks be issued immediately upon discovery of missing wages, and that management provide standard accounting of each of those items to each of us. We also ask that you conduct a professional outside audit of our payroll and share the results with us.

We also ask you to implement the full version of Kronos, that will allow us to see the basis for payroll calculations on an ongoing basis, as is the standard in other Mass. hospitals. Management's unwillingness to show the normal and customary accounting of paychecks has created a feeling that we are being shortchanged and that hiding this information implies an intention to keep it hidden.
