The Results Are In: Register Now for the Virtual Town Hall

On behalf of the Family Law Ad Hoc Steering Committee, we would like to extend our gratitude to all of those who participated in the survey that Professors Bala, Birnbaum, and Houston conducted to study the effect of the Pandemic and the adoption of technology on the practice of family law and the use of virtual family court hearings.

We are pleased to announce that they will share their results at our upcoming virtual town hall that will be held on Wednesday, June 28th at 12 pm ET. As part of the presentation, our committee members will also discuss their thoughts on the outcome of the survey and provide their recommendations on how the bar should proceed with decisions on presumptive hearings.

The panel will also reserve some time for audience questions. We encourage you to send your questions in advance to shannon@russellalexander.com.
