There are thousands of America’s tires/ Discount tire employees around the US, many of which have tattoos. Sadly, America’s Tire/Discount Tire has a policy requiring employees to cover any visible tattoos with long sleeves or pants. In certain places this can be potentially dangerous such as California or Texas where temperatures can reach 110+ degrees in the summer. Along with the changing times and more and more people getting tattoos I see no reason for this policy. This petition is not to completely get rid of this policy but to replace it with a more specific one. Such as “no inappropriate or hateful tattoos on display.” If you think that AT/DT workers should be allowed to display their tattoos freely I ask you to please sign this petition.
