Great news, everyone! The OT board has decided to table our proposal on dry needling for further consideration at the next board meeting in May. This marks a significant milestone as it's the first time an occupational therapist has presented such an intervention to the board. While it's not an outright approval, it's a step in the right direction, and I'm already working on securing sponsorship from a Delaware legislator to present the amendment to the rules and regulations. Additionally, I've initiated a petition to gather support. Moving forward, I'll be providing educational, evidence-based information to both the board members and legislators to further bolster our case.
