Welcome News! SeaWorld to End Orca Breeding Program

Mar 17, 2016 — BREAKING: SeaWorld announced today that it will be ending its Orca breeding program and the Orcas it has now will be their last. Thank you to everyone who put pressure on the park on behalf of these magnificent cetaceans. And to the 3,000+ of you who have signed our petition to one of SeaWorld's sponsors, Starbucks. We have more to do, and so does SeaWorld. PETA and others are calling on SeaWorld to ban its dolphin breeding program and release its remaining Orcas and other marine mammals to seapen sanctuaries. Please keep sharing this petition to Starbucks with your social media networks and friends. Let's keep the pressure on until all of SeaWorld's marine mammals are free and to make sure that expansions into other markets such as Asia do not occur.
