Dear All, The following statement has today been issued by the Warburg Institute and the University of London and is published on the Institute web site and that of the School of Advanced Study, University of London. 'Following the court's ruling on the interpretation of the 1944 Trust Deed, the University of London and the Advisory Council of the Warburg Institute are pleased to announce that they have, through mediation, reached a binding agreement on the future management of the Warburg Institute. We are very pleased that this outcome means that we can now draw a line under past disagreement and look to the future.'
