📢 *Good News Residents*

For the past 5 days, we have been continuously visiting the District Registrar (DR) office to ensure action is taken against RWA for not following DR’s order.

✅ Today, DR has finally taken action and issued strong directions:

*Action 1*

RWA has been issued a *Show Cause Notice* for non-compliance. They must:

 • Reply to why penalty under Section 72 of HRRS Act, 2012 should not be imposed.

 • Complete the RWA membership drive as per Section 39(2) of HRS Act, 2012.

 • Issue membership numbers to all eligible residents as per rules.

 • Upload the updated membership record on the official portal.

*Action 2*

RWA has been directed to convene an EOGBM within 45 days and submit the proceedings to the DR.
