As we approach Memorial Day weekend, I hope this message finds you eagerly anticipating quality time with loved ones.

I'm thrilled to share some exciting news about our community's progress under the guidance of the HOA board. Firstly, I'm delighted to announce the successful installation of a new gate call box, significantly enhancing our community's safety measures. Key fobs for entry are now available upon request, making access both convenient and secure.

In light of this, I kindly request that you take a moment to update your contact information with Sabrina to ensure seamless guest access without compromising personal security codes.

Additionally, I'm excited to inform you of ongoing renovations in the pond's common area. Soon, we'll have the pleasure of enjoying new picnic tables, generously donated by Chris, a valued member of our advisory board. These enhancements will undoubtedly enrich our community spaces and foster more neighborly interactions.

Furthermore, our dedicated board members have been hard at work crafting proposals for further positive changes within our community. From landscaping improvements to upcoming events and a community Facebook page, there's much to look forward to.
