Hello Neighbors,

I hope this email finds you in good spirits and health. I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all of you for your ongoing support and collaboration in addressing the matters concerning our community.

Firstly, I'd like to give a big round of applause to Chris for his insightful input on the current issues at hand. Chris, your dedication to the community and your thoughtful contributions are truly commendable. Additionally, a very special thank you goes out to Chris for generously donating the picnic tables. Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated by all of us.

As we move forward, I want to remind everyone that if you have any concerns or matters that need to be addressed regarding the community, please address them to all members of the board via email. Our active board members currently include Michelle Lea, Ante Shahed, Christopher Collins, Sarah Scarborough, Cortney Thomas, and Sheliah Burnette. We formed this board with the intention of working together as a team to resolve issues and improve our community.

I'm proud to share that after 12 years, many of our longstanding issues are finally being addressed. This progress wouldn't have been possible without the encouragement and support of each and every one of you. The frustrations stemming from the lack of a proper HOA board have been mounting, especially for me since 2013. However, it's refreshing to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I want to emphasize that both myself and Ante are here to assist via text or phone with any urgent matters. However, please refrain from contacting us for personal grievances and threats. We are here to foster a peaceful neighborhood where everyone can enjoy their homes and yards. We're striving to uphold the covenants and make Eagle Park a welcoming and harmonious community for all residents.

Finally, I'm pleased to post the first and only newsletter I've received since 2011. It's a small step, but it signifies progress, and I'm proud to share it with all of you.

Thank you once again for your continued support and cooperation. Together, we can make Eagle Park an even better place to call home.
