Dear Eagle Park Residents, | "Elevating Community Spirit, One Feather at a Time"
I trust this message finds you in good health and high spirits. We wanted to provide you with an update on our recent communication regarding our concerns with Prime and the management of our community.
Unfortunately, Don has notified us via email (as indicated below) that he is presently not coordinating a meeting to address our concerns, as we had requested. Given this, we are contemplating arranging a neighborhood gathering at the mound on Eagle Feather Loop, scheduled for Sunday afternoon from 3:30 to 5:30. If you would like to participate, please contact us via email at eaglepark411@gmail.com.
We've come across numerous amendments filed in the subdivision covenants that were not communicated to us as residents, as mandated by law. This lack of transparency raises substantial concerns about the management of our community and constitutes a direct violation of the SC Homeowners Association Act, which you can review here: https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t27c030.php
It's important to note that legal action can be pursued against the HOA in South Carolina under certain circumstances if negligence is established. We have the right to explore legal avenues according to information obtained from the South Carolina Bar.
Moreover, it's essential to recognize that Don, as a Councilman of the Richland County Board, is responsible for adhering to the rules and guidelines established for HOAs in South Carolina. However, there are many indications that he may be misusing his authority and managing our HOA in a manner inconsistent with these regulations.
To gain further insight into how we can legally shed light on the matter and protect our neighborhood our investments and promote accountability from Prime HOA, I encourage you to watch the informative video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IRYsGeyA78U. It's crucial that we remain united against unethical behavior and firmly oppose unjust practices.
Your input and collaboration are crucial as we work together to address these issues affecting our neighborhood. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and let's continue to support one another in making Eagle Park a great place to live.

- "There is no meeting planned for March 30th. From now on, information will be provided to the community as a whole. This will save all of us a lot of time going forward. If you have additional questions, happy to answer those by email.
Also, if someone has legitimate suggestions on ways to cut costs or improve the neighborhood, we are all ears. We have instructed Mike Clamp to repair the fence both on the Percival road side and the Arbor wood side. Those should be underway now, as well as improvements around the walking trail. Some of these take time though, so it maybe a couple more months to get these done. We have also requested that the car be towed from around the playground area.
Anything else just let us know...
Thanks Don Weaver "
