Dear Eagle Park Residents,

We are excited to announce the upcoming neighborhood meeting aimed at addressing the concerns raised by the majority of our community. Scheduled for Sunday, March 31st, from 3:30 to 5:30, this meeting offers us a chance to unite and collectively tackle the issues affecting our community.

Before the meeting, I kindly urge each of you to take the time to watch a relevant video that aligns closely with the topics we'll be discussing. You can find the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnpCiz7njl4

Additionally, I'd like to provide an update regarding our recent discussion with Mike Camp, the Landscaper. During our conversation, we addressed discrepancies in the line items on our financial statements related to his services. It was revealed that there were several areas Mr. Camp was not previously aware he was responsible for maintaining, yet we were charged. Despite our request, we have yet to receive a copy of his contract from Don Weaver.

Mr. Camp has confirmed his commitment to initiate the cleanup of the walkway around the pond next week. While he is responsible for general maintenance, it's important to note that he won't be addressing weed control ($200) or planting flowers at the entrance ($500) due to the absence of an irrigation system. Moreover, to prevent any further damage to the lawns, he will adjust the mower height and ensure thorough cleanup of trash.

Moreover, I'd like to draw attention to a discrepancy in our financial statements. Despite a $6000 decrease in insurance costs for attached homes, there has been a $15 increase in HOA dues for these units. This and other discrepancies in listed items, for which we have received no services, will be further discussed during the neighborhood meeting.

Furthermore, I've drafted an official letter addressed to the Chief of Police | Columbia Real-Time Crime Center at the request of several concerned homeowners. The letter proposes the installation of a police cam at the gate and possibly another location within the community to enhance neighborhood safety and reduce crime.

Following our neighborhood gathering, I am proposing a Zoom meeting with Prime to properly address our concerns and seek answers.

We eagerly anticipate seeing you all at the neighborhood meeting on Sunday.
