Dear Eagle Park Residents,

I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, I must report that we have not received any updates regarding the upcoming meeting with Prime to address the concerns of over 75% of our community.

Moreover, it pains me to inform you that we are still grappling with neighbors who do not seem to value our community. Despite our efforts, they continue to contribute to the destruction of our private properties by feeding stray WILD cats.

I have personally attempted to address this concern with the repeat offender, but to no avail. It has been advised that the HOA would have to impose fines on those residents who persist in this behavior.

For those of you who have experienced property and personal items being destroyed by these stray cats, I urge you to take pictures and text them to 803-908-3919. Your documentation will greatly assist us in addressing this issue effectively.
