This petition is to serve as an official request under the Fair Use and Commerce Act of 1987. This petition request is for comment and verification of allowed discrepancies in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. There are verified reports of Government Over-Reach and retigation of Constitutionally Protected responsibilities of the autonimous interaction between State, Public/Private Utility, and Infastructure allowing for the disenfranchisement of full accounting and servicing to the consitiuents in these states. There is Federal Presedent-Standing Apripo argument case statute for full Federal review of Cronieism and Nepotism throughout State Governemnt areas. As per Artur. vs. STATE OF NEW MEXICO 1983 it is required that The President responds in full with comment and direct clarifying remarks to "enshrine and insure the full displaced actuations of Cronieism and Nepotism are noted and prosecuted to re-establish faith in the Federal Governments ability to ""actuation and protect the peoples of The Southwest from Systemic Cronieism and Nepotism flagrant and full forming"" as per stated Federal Policy outlined in the "Treaty of the 9 Streams."
