We, the students, parents, and concerned citizens of India, submit this petition regarding the alleged irregularities and administrative concerns observed during NEET-UG 2026, which have caused widespread anxiety and mental stress among aspirants.

NEET is among the most significant national examinations, determining the academic future of lakhs of medical aspirants. Students dedicate years of disciplined preparation, and therefore fairness, transparency, and credibility in the examination process are essential.

Serious concerns have been raised regarding:

Alleged examination irregularities and possible paper leak reports.
Mismanagement at certain examination centres.
Technical and administrative difficulties affecting students’ performance.
Increasing psychological stress, anxiety, and uncertainty among candidates.
Insufficient clarity and delayed communication from authorities.
Our Requests:

Conduct an independent and transparent investigation into all complaints.
Ensure fairness and transparency in evaluation and result declaration.
Provide mental health support and counselling assistance for affected students.
Strengthen examination security mechanisms to prevent future incidents.
Take strict action against individuals or institutions responsible for malpractice.
We respectfully urge the National Testing Agency to safeguard student welfare and restore public confidence in the examination system.

नीट-यूजी 2026 परीक्षेदरम्यान झालेल्या कथित गैरव्यवस्था, परीक्षा व्यवस्थापनातील त्रुटी तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये निर्माण झालेला मानसिक तणाव याबाबत आम्ही विद्यार्थी, पालक व नागरिक हे निवेदन सादर करत आहोत.

नीट परीक्षा ही देशातील अत्यंत महत्त्वाची स्पर्धा परीक्षा असून लाखो विद्यार्थी अनेक वर्षे परिश्रम करून या परीक्षेची तयारी करतात. त्यामुळे परीक्षेची पारदर्शकता, निष्पक्षता आणि विश्वासार्हता अत्यावश्यक आहे.

आमच्या प्रमुख मागण्या पुढीलप्रमाणे आहेत:

सर्व तक्रारींची स्वतंत्र व निष्पक्ष चौकशी करण्यात यावी.
निकाल प्रक्रिया पूर्णपणे पारदर्शक ठेवावी.
प्रभावित विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मानसिक आरोग्य व समुपदेशन सुविधा उपलब्ध करून द्याव्यात.
भविष्यात अशा घटना टाळण्यासाठी परीक्षा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था मजबूत करावी.
दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई करण्यात यावी.
