Fitri is a very problematic part time staff as she always like to make so much noise on every shifts putting pressure towards staffs. She always like to overright and undermine the duty manager's authority and instuctions and doesn't want to listens to manager's instructions. Her dareness is up to the point where she would even call the manager "stupid" or using parental terms like "your father lah" when arguements broke out. This boldness of her is likely because she always flaunts to all the staffs that she had the backing of Edith and Ben as she always contact them often to complaint whatever doesn't suits her about the job or staffs she had a problem with and threatening to "aim" such particular person she dislike to make their lives miserable acting like she controls the fate of the staffs at the outlet. She also like to instigate and incite conflict to stir up problems among colleagues bad mouthing everybody she work with.
