Dear Fingal County Council,

We kindly ask for your support in allocating a piece of land adjacent to Betania Church for the expansion of Betania Christian School, which has been operating for two years within the church building and is now approaching 100 students. Due to the increasing number of applications from parents, the school can no longer expand within the existing premises.

We respectfully request that the council allocate any portion of land they see fit, as long as it is adjacent to our church, where there is a large available area currently owned by the council. Our goal is to construct a school building and an indoor sports hall, while utilising the church’s parking facilities from Monday to Friday.

Key Points of Our Request:

✅ No financial assistance required from the council – The cost of the land and construction will be fully covered by our community.

✅ Proven capability – We successfully built one of the most beautiful places of worship, offering services in both Romanian and English.

✅ Strong social impact – Through our Feed Dublin project, we regularly support up to 700 people in need. This initiative is entirely run by volunteers and is fully funded by our community, demonstrating our commitment to helping those in need.

✅ Inclusive education – Betania Christian School is open to all children, regardless of their background, providing a high-quality education in a christian faith-based environment.

We are grateful to Fingal County Council for believing in our potential in the past, and we now kindly ask for their support once again in making this educational project a reality. Many Christian parents in the area need a school where their children can be raised in a christian faith-based environment, and we believe that education is a shared priority between our community and local authorities.

Purpose of This Petition:

This petition aims to demonstrate the strong parental support for this educational project and to urge the council to consider the right to expand a growing school with extraordinary potential. The impact of this school will not only be academic but also spiritual, shaping young individuals who will positively contribute to Irish society.
