We as Canadians have a long and proud history of democracy in our young nation.

We have fought and given so much of our nation, our culture; values and beliefs to the world.  From the hard fought victories in Europe in World War 1 and 2.  To the sciences that have given tens of millions a chance at life and for the adoption of basic tents of humanitarianism and the beliefs that are enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human rights and the creation of the UN Charter.

Our beautiful nation and the people within it have long been a source of democratic sensibility and respected for upholding the beliefs of justice and the word of law.

Now, our nation stands at a cross roads; our borders are allegedly under attack by a foreign nation and we are somehow failing to keep drugs and criminals from entering the borders of our neighbour in the United States of America.  It has been claimed that we have a lax policy and standards nd hve allowed for criminals and drugs to flow in to the US.

We have promised to enact tighter controls and stricter oversight in to who is and is not inadmissible in to our nation based on their criminal past; as well as uphold the promise to the people within our borders to keep them safe by ensuring we maintain those standards without bias; without exception and without favouritism.

The rules regarding inadmissibility in Canada include financial criminality, physical and bodily harm and the attempt to overthrow a government or sedition.

We are set to host the G7 meetings in Canada in June of 2025 and are inviting the heads of the major G7 nations to be present.  One of those leaders though has been found guilty of 34 counts of fraud.  Almost 2 dozens convictions relating to tax evasion.  Defamation.  Criminal falsification of business records, and numerous charges and counts of sexual assault and rape.

There is no rule stating that the heads of these nations need to be present in body in a digital age.  By allowing the US president with his current criminal history a free pass to enter Canada we open the door to challenges to our sovereignty by every single person visiting our nation with a criminal history of these natures without exemption.

The wave of court challenges to those formerly deemed inadmissible due to similar or lesser crimes would be immediate and would cost this nation tens of millions in legal costs and potentially weaken our borders in the process.

It is with this knowledge in mind that I write this petition, formerly asking for the Prime Minister of Canada, it's sitting MPs, the Premieres of our great provinces and the MLA's that reside within them to uphold the standards of the Canadians Border Services Agency and the laws as they exist and find that one Donald John Trump, sitting president of the United States of America be deemed and found to be inadmissible to our nation without seeking the appropriate exemptions as dictated by our laws.

As a nation of democratic values and a nation that upholds and believes in the laws that govern us.  It is imperative that we uphold the right to find anyone, regardless of posting, status or wealth subject to the same laws that govern every single individual seeking entrance in to our great nation.
