We kindly request that Yale University permit those who are currently residing at 57 Broadway after their purchase of the property to continue to do so until they are ready to move on or there is a legitimate tenant violation. We propose that Yale resume its affiliate policy once the current tenants complete their stay for a smooth transition for all.
