Petition for Transfer or Termination of Juanita Garza from Halstead Milford Greens Office

The Issue

Dear WinnCompanies,

We, the undersigned residents of Halstead Milford Green, located in Milford MA, are writing to express our collective concerns and dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing conduct of Juanita Garza, an employee in the office. We believe it is in the best interest of the community to solicit the transfer or termination of Juanita from her current position.

Over the past few months, numerous incidents involving Juanita have been reported by various residents. These incidents include very serious racist remarks, disrespectful treatment, verbal abuse, and a general lack of professionalism. Juanita's behavior has not only made problem-solving difficult but has also created an uncomfortable and hostile environment for residents seeking assistance.

Specific issues that have been raised include the incorrect sending of contracts, misinformation being passed on to residents, and a consistent pattern of aggressive behavior when addressing residents' concerns. Furthermore, we have become aware of instances where Juanita has falsely alleged that certain residents have not fulfilled their rental payments, despite concrete evidence proving otherwise. This unfounded accusation exacerbates the already toxic environment created by Juanita. Additionally, Juanita has been noted for imposing fees that are not outlined in our contractual agreements, such as $100 parking stickers. Adding to the gravity of the situation, Juanita has recurrently sent personal contracts to incorrect recipients, thereby compromising the personal information of residents.

Furthermore, it has come to our attention that former employees, such as Mrs. Fauzia, have resigned due to issues related to Juanita's behavior. Current employees have also expressed their intention to quit, citing similar concerns. We appreciate the positive changes introduced by new employees, such as the two gentlemen in maintenance and the new manager, Kristin, and we fear losing valuable staff due to Juanita's continued presence.

We, the undersigned, request that prompt action be taken to address our concerns. We understand that a healthy and respectful working environment is crucial for the well-being of the community. We are confident that the transfer or termination of Juanita will contribute to a more positive atmosphere within Halstead Milford Greens.

Additionally, we would like to inform management that we are prepared to gather residents who are willing to share their personal experiences with Juanita. We believe that hearing from multiple perspectives will provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact Juanita's behavior has had on the community.

As paying tenants, we believe it is our right to be treated with respect and to have an office staff that can effectively and courteously handle and resolve our problems respectfully.

We expect a response from management regarding the actions to be taken in response to this petition. We believe that our concerns should be acknowledged and addressed to ensure a harmonious living experience for all residents. We want to emphasize our desire to resolve these issues amicably and avoid resorting to legal proceedings.
