Senator Tuberville knowingly and willfully violated his oath of office as Senator failing to support, defend, and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America by supporting and voting in favor of contesting the votes of the 2020 Presidential Election. Senator Tuberville and his staff have repeatedly lied to the people of Alabama when questioned about his dealings on the eve of the deadly insurrection and we cannot allow that to stand; we must hold our leaders accountable. Therefore, it is our shared sentiment that he has disgraced the office of senator and the great state of Alabama and as such we, his constituents joined by Americans across the country, request that he respectfully tender his resignation as U.S. Senator representing Alabama.
