Neil Gaiman, the original creator of the idea, has every right to profit from his collaboration with Sir Terry Pratchett. This is not only important to Gaiman as a writer and creator, it is part of his creative legacy. According to the information we have, Neil Gaiman played a significant role in the creation of Good Omens, participating in the writing, planning and production. I believe that Neil Gaiman deserves a fair share of the funding for the graphic novel. This will not only confirm his importance to the project, but also highlight the value of his contribution to literary history. Support this petition to attract the attention of the Terry Pratchett estate and protect Neil Gaiman's rights to his collaborative work.

Despite the situation with the charges, he is still under  presumtion of innocence. And his rights as a co-author have nothing to do with the charges.
