We, the undersigned, are calling for stronger legal action and harsher penalties against Marty Eis, a dog breeder whose inhumane treatment of animals resulted in horrific suffering and death.

Authorities seized 80 Dobermans from Eis’s property many found living in appalling, unsanitary conditions. Two dogs were in such critical condition they had to be euthanized to end their suffering. Even more horrifying, six puppies were discovered dead, their lives stolen before they had a chance to begin.

This is not mere neglect. This is calculated, systemic abuse.

No living creature deserves to be confined in filth, starved of medical care, and treated as disposable. The scale of this cruelty reveals a dangerous disregard for life and a complete failure to meet even the most basic standards of animal welfare.

We demand:
 • Maximum sentencing allowed under animal cruelty laws in the state where this occurred
 • Permanent revocation of breeding licenses and any future rights to own or breed animals
 • Mandatory psychological evaluation and treatment for the perpetrator
 • Stricter enforcement and oversight of breeding operations to prevent future tragedies

This case should set a precedent that the lives of animals matter, and that large-scale neglect and cruelty will be met with serious consequences—not a slap on the wrist.

We ask prosecutors, judges, and lawmakers to show compassion not just in words, but in action. Justice for the Dobermans. Accountability for Marty Eis.
