We, the tenants of 99 McNaughton Ave W in Chatham, have endured significant hardship since the fire in 2024. We believe that the individuals charged with arson received consequences that do not adequately reflect the severity of the situation.

We are calling for the cases to be reopened and for a thorough, transparent investigation to be conducted, as we have serious concerns that important matters may not have been fully addressed.
