Petition for Monopoly go/Scopely to provide human customer service!
The Issue
I'm Aaron and I have played Monopoly Go for many months.
I am sure we have all encountered game issues, bugs, glitches, missing stickers, missing dice or some other form of missing item or purchase within this game.
I personally have completed the album twice and twice its bugged out & i received no rewards. When i contacted customer support i spoke with a bot to create a ticket. It said i would receive a response.. to my surprise I never received a human response within the 5 days (Sat at 40 days since my first report)
I'm aware there are people out there who have made purchases of in game items & not received them due to bugs and/or not received tournament rewards - gifting dice of the value of approximately £49.99.
I believe as a community, of loyal and keen gamers we deserve better customer service as to what we receive. With the prices the game charges for dice etc most of the player base can not afford to reimburse these dice that don't credit to their game. I have witnessed people spending essential money for food, gas or electric and other essential expenses due to these bugs listed above.

With this petition, all we ask for is to be able to speak with humans between 9-5 maybe through live chat? In hopes to regain our lost rewards/missing items & potentially aid the community to some form of human responses in live chat when we encounter a bug.
We need to act on this before the community player base begins to fall due to people quitting or more players becoming affected.
