Donald Trump is directly threatening Canada and has managed to anger Canadians. No one knew this was possible. 

Canada has added tariffs to the energy they provide directly to Minnesota, increasing the cost of our electrical bills directly, and making Minnesota “the first victims of Trump’s trade war,” along with New York and Michigan, to quote our governor Tim Walz. 

Why should we suffer without universal healthcare or gun control? Minnesotans deserve these basic human rights. Why should we be punished by federal leaders more interested in crony capitalism and plutocracy than serving the needs of constituents? I’m sick of getting poorer while Elon Musk gets richer.
