Despite paying for "up to 1Gbps speeds", many of us experience frequent outages, packet loss, and slowdowns that disrupt our daily lives. These issues have a significant impact on:

 

Remote work and telecommuting.

 

Online education for students.

 

Streaming, gaming, and entertainment.

 

Access to vital telehealth services.

 

Our Request: We respectfully urge AT&T or any other reliable ISP to consider extending their services to our neighborhood. With 240 potential customers, there is a strong demand for improved internet services. We also request that local authorities work to encourage competition and support infrastructure development to address this issue.

 

Our Goal: We aim to achieve the following:

 

1. A reliable and fast internet connection for every household in Sherwood Square.

 

 

2. Competitive pricing that reflects the quality of service promised.
