Petition for Constitutional Accountability, Transparency, & Oath Compliance

Petition for Constitutional Accountability, Transparency, & Oath Compliance
The Issue
We, the undersigned American Citizens, respectfully petition our elected and appointed public officials at all levels of government.
Public office is a public trust. All authority exercised by public servants is delegated by the People, limited by the Constitution of the United States of America, and conditioned upon faithful adherence to their oath of office.
We are calling for:
- An immediate end to abuses of power and actions taken outside constitutional authority
- Full transparency, including public access to oaths of office and proof of lawful qualification
- Faithful service to constituents, prioritizing personal liberty, public safety, and individual security
- Strict adherence to the oath of office, recognizing that violations constitute a breach of public trust
This petition is peaceful, lawful, and grounded in constitutional principles. Where officials fail to meet these obligations, We the People reserve all lawful remedies provided under the Constitution and applicable law.
We do not seek disorder. We seek accountability.
We do not seek permission. We seek compliance with the Constitution.
