- Select “General Consumer Complaint”.
- Clearly describe your experience — especially if:
- You were quoted one Lot Type or PID fee, then it changed at closing.
- Your PID fee increased significantly, even by hundreds of percent.
- You were misled by sales or marketing materials that have since changed.
