PLEASE READ. A lot has happened since the last update, namely the Mandate was repealed via the NDAA. However, there is much work to do still to bring about Accountability for the illegal coercion of unlicensed products on Military service members and fellow Americans. To that end, a small team of Active Duty service members are planning to travel to DC to walk the halls of Congress and advocate for the mandate justice in person with members of the House and Senate.
In order to make this happen effectively, they need your help. Please consider filling out the survey below with a few questions about your willingness to share your information and allow us to advocate with your Representative which will help us gain leverage scheduling meetings with them. It will help tremendously to have a defined amount of concerned service members (jabbed or not), retired, separated, family members, friends, and Citizens who are Constituents of the Representatives who we will represent at these meetings. To be clear, this survey is for anyone regardless of medical status or military service. If you are a U.S. Citizen, you can help us!

The organizers of this Survey are 1LT John Bowes and Jordan Karr (discharged due to the mandate) who can be found on Twitter if you are not yet familiar with their extensive efforts advocating for all of our Religious and Medical Freedoms, @johnabowes3 and @JordanLKarr. If you are on Twitter, please give them a follow to help amplify their voices.
They plan to advocate for:
- Hearings to reveal what transpired and the wrongs done to service members.
- Legislation that brings accountability and prevents these mandates from happening again.
- Medical assistance for injured service members that is largely being ignored.
At the end of the survey there is a comments section for you to send a short message to your Representative and let us know if you have sent our Whistleblower Report, Vaccine Injury Report, proposed NDAA amendments, or our signed Petition to your representative. If you have not sent these to your Representative yet, please send them after completing the survey.

Vaccine Injury Report. This has been in the hands of members of Congress for over a year now.
NDAA Amendments submitted to Congress on 8 Dec 22. This will be a building block for future legislative efforts to bring accountability and restoration back to our Military Service.

Bonus: The Congressional Survey ATAF Report was sent to Congress after receiving the personal stories from 600 service members in just under a week back in June 2022. I have no doubt that we will get many responses to this survey from concerned Citizens such as yourself to help us advocate for all.
My personal comment: “Without accountability, our leaders will continue to be emboldened to violate Federal Law - Title 10 USC 1107a and RFRA - and their Oath of Office to support and defend the Constitution. I believe the only way to repair the damage done is for a full and transparent apology for the wrongs done, restoration of those harmed by the mandate, and proactively aiding those who have been injured by the shots themselves.”
