Thank you for reading. The 2022 Midterm Elections have changed things.

   Now the Sanctity of Human Life Act can pass along party lines in the House of Representatives.  Really, there should be no political sacrifice for any member of Congress voting for legislation that upholds the personhood of any living organism possessing the Human Genome.  It is also the obligation of the Supreme Court to positively assert the definition of personhood, so no voting majority in any state can deny a person due process because there is a popular belief that a particular group does not possess personhood.  The Supreme Court should have prevented the Civil War.  Our Founding Fathers may have believed that women, children and men of other races were not persons, but when they secured their own right to due process, they made proof, not beliefs, determine personhood.
   Women seeking safe abortions need to be asked under oath in a court of law what they believe without fearing prosecution, if they seek an abortion.  Women need to know all their options and be protected from anyone trying to control them.  Affording another person due process affirms our own right to due process.
