DECAA secures Non-Profit status

We are pleased to report that the neighborhood association that sued the city over the Masonic Temple development has secured non-profit status. All  donations and membership dues are tax deductible. The newly organized Dupont East Civic Action Association (DECAA) filed its lawsuit in DC Superior Court on June 22, 2019, for the city's arbitrary and capricious decisions and violation of due process in the Masonic Temple development at 1733 16th St., NW, in Washington DC., just one mile north of the White House.
