Petition Against Forced Displacement of Palestinians

We, the undersigned, express our unequivocal rejection of any attempts to forcibly displace Palestinians from their lands. We affirm that such actions constitute a blatant violation of human rights and international law, threatening security and stability in the region.

Based on the following:

1.     International Law and Human Rights: Forced displacement is considered a crime against humanity under the Fourth Geneva Convention and UN resolutions, which criminalize any attempts at forced population transfer or displacement.

2.     Arab and International Stance: Numerous countries and international organizations have unanimously rejected any plans aimed at depopulating Palestinian land, emphasizing the need to uphold international laws protecting Palestinian rights.

3.     Egyptian and Arab Position: Egyptian leadership and prominent political figures have firmly rejected such schemes, considering any attempt at forced displacement a threat to the sovereignty and stability of neighboring states.

4.     UN Position: The United Nations has explicitly rejected any plans leading to the forced displacement of Palestinians, affirming that such policies contradict principles of justice and human rights.

Accordingly, we demand:

1.     The international community to assume its responsibilities and pressure relevant parties to prevent any forced displacement attempts against the Palestinian people.

2.     Arab and Islamic governments to confront these schemes through all possible political and diplomatic means.

3.     The United Nations and international organizations to take decisive action against any attempts at forced displacement and ensure Palestinians' rights to remain on their land.

4.     Free media and human rights institutions to highlight the dangers of these schemes and raise global awareness about the risks of forced Palestinian displacement.

We declare our commitment to defending Palestinian rights and call upon all freedom-loving people worldwide to unite against any violations threatening Palestinians' right to remain on their land.

عريضة رفض تهجير الفلسطينيين قسرًا

نحن الموقعون أدناه، نعرب عن رفضنا القاطع لأي محاولات لتهجير الفلسطينيين قسرًا من أراضيهم، ونؤكد أن هذه الإجراءات تمثل انتهاكًا صارخًا للحقوق الإنسانية والقانون الدولي، وتهدد الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.

استنادًا إلى ما يلي:

1.     القانون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان: تهجير السكان قسرًا يمثل جريمة ضد الإنسانية وفقًا لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة وقرارات الأمم المتحدة، التي تجرّم أي محاولات لنقل السكان قسرًا أو التهجير القسري.

2.     الموقف العربي والدولي: أجمعت العديد من الدول والمنظمات الدولية والأممية على رفض أي خطط تهدف إلى تفريغ الأرض الفلسطينية من سكانها الأصليين، وأكدت ضرورة الالتزام بالقوانين الدولية لحماية حقوق الفلسطينيين.

3.     الموقف المصري والعربي: أكدت القيادة المصرية وشخصيات سياسية بارزة رفضها القاطع لمثل هذه المخططات، معتبرةً أن أي محاولة لفرض التهجير القسري تعد تهديدًا لسيادة الدول المجاورة واستقرارها.

4.     الموقف الأممي: صرحت الأمم المتحدة صراحةً برفض أي خطط تؤدي إلى التهجير القسري للفلسطينيين، وأكدت أن مثل هذه السياسات تتنافى مع مبادئ العدالة وحقوق الإنسان.

بناءً على ذلك، نطالب:

1.     المجتمع الدولي بتحمل مسؤولياته والضغط على الجهات المعنية لمنع أي محاولات تهجير قسري بحق الشعب الفلسطيني.

2.     الحكومات العربية والإسلامية بالتصدي لهذه المخططات بكل الوسائل السياسية والدبلوماسية الممكنة.

3.     الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية باتخاذ إجراءات حازمة ضد أي محاولة لفرض التهجير القسري، والعمل على ضمان حقوق الفلسطينيين في أرضهم.

4.     وسائل الإعلام الحرة والمؤسسات الحقوقية بتسليط الضوء على خطورة هذه المخططات، والتوعية الدولية بمخاطر تهجير الفلسطينيين قسرًا.

نعلن التزامنا بالدفاع عن حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، وندعو جميع الأحرار حول العالم إلى الوقوف صفًا واحدًا ضد أي انتهاكات تهدد حق الفلسطينيين في البقاء على أرضهم.
